(OTCQB: INND) has announced an exclusive referral relationship for the North America audiology retail market with Samplified International BV a top-level Amsterdam-based company of the Samplified group of companies (\"Samplified\"). With subsidiaries in Boulder, Colorado (Samplified Audio LLC), Lanaken, Belgium (Samplified Europe NV) and Mississauga, Canada (Samplified Audio Solutions Inc.). The Agreement allows INND to be a preferred partner and vendor with Samplified for all consumer audio products that use the Clementine Wear program and platform. This preferred partner and vendor arrangement also gives INND direct access to Samplified's China office for engineering and sourcing support in assisting and facilitating the design and manufacturing of consumer audio and headset products that use the Clementine Wear program and platform.\n\nSamplified is the developer of the Clementine and Clementine Wear software program and platform. Clementine is a hearing app platform that is designed to help companies in the audiology field, such as audiology retail and manufacturers, to bring their services in line with technology trends and new patients demands. The system can support any service model that a firm develops via any channel. Clementine Wear platform is a cloud-based service platform supported via Android or iOS-based apps that provide full Bluetooth Low Energy functionality, including audio streaming, over-the-air firmware upgrades and updates, remote screening, programming and fitting.
