(OTC:INTO.PK) announced that its subsidiary, Initio Consulting Corporation, had executed a Purchase Agreement pursuant to which it will sell real property consisting of a building consisting of approximately 81,000 square feet located on approximately 7.19 acres of land located in Carson City, Nevada for $1,650,000. Pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, the Buyer has until January 30, 2006 to conduct feasibility and toxic studies and to conduct other due diligence, and in event that during such time, Buyer deems any items of its due diligence unacceptable, Buyer may terminate the Purchase Agreement.","length":639,"tagName":"div"}]
