[{"type":"text","content":"\n Publishing Technology PLC\n25 April 2008\n\n25 April 2008\n\n Publishing Technology PLC\n\n Result of Extraordinary General Meeting (\"EGM\")\n\n\nThe Board of Publishing Technology PLC (\"Publishing Technology\" or the\n\"Company\") which designs, installs and hosts software systems for publishers and\ninformation providers, is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at\ntoday's EGM, as set out in the circular to shareholders dated 1 April 2008 (the\n\"Circular\"), were duly passed.\n\n\n\nFollowing the passing of resolution 1, the reorganisation of the Company's\nissued share capital, as set out in the Circular, has taken place so that the\nordinary shares of 1p have been re-designated as new ordinary shares of 0.1p\n(\"New Ordinary Shares\"). Application has been made for these New Ordinary\nShares to be admitted to trading on AIM, together with the additional New\nOrdinary Shares being issued pursuant to the loan note conversion and the\nPlacing, as set out in the Circular.\n\n\n\nIt is expected that Admission to AIM of the issued and to be issued New Ordinary\nShares will become effective at 8am on Monday 28 April 2008 whereupon there will\nbe 841,361,040 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in issue. The ISIN of the New\nOrdinary Shares remains unchanged: ISIN - GB0002619715.\n\n\n\nGeorge Lossius, chief executive of Publishing Technology, said: \"I am pleased\nthat shareholders have approved our share capital reorganisation, which will\nprovide a strong foundation for the continued growth of this business.
