The AGM will be held at the Company's head office, 8100 Alec Issigonis Way, Oxford, OX4 2HU at 10.00am on Thursday 23 May 2019.\nFurther to the announcement of the Company's Final Results, the Company is also pleased to confirm that the final dividend of 1.5 pence per share will be paid on 28 June 2019, subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming AGM.
