OnMarch 24, 2011 the company received a Contract Award Letter from the VANational Acquisition Center. The company was provided a copy of the FederalSupply Schedule Contract V797P-4379b, effective April 1, 2011 through March 31,2016, for items awarded under 65IIA under the Medical Equipment and SuppliesFederal Supply Schedule Solicitation 797-FSS-99-0025-R6. \"Wesubmitted the 'GSA' application with the VA national Acquisition Center inSeptember of 2009. With this contract award, we are able to sell ourrespiratory products to VA Hospitals and other government related medicalfacilities.
