INGEN APPROVES PLAN OF REORGANIZATION
Riverside, CA, April 15,2012- Ingen Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets: IGNT.PK), has submitted a Plan of Reorganization on the OTC Market - Supplemental Information. The company is currently evaluating several acquisition partners as a part of the plan. The management is preparing to file and bring current the financial reports for the periods between March 1, 2011 to March 31, 2012. These reports will be filed before May 1, 2012. The Plan of Reorganization was approved by the Board of Directors and the majority of shareholders votes.
