[{"type":"text","content":"ISC Announces Results of Annual Meeting of Shareholders\n\n\n\n REGINA, Saskatchewan, May 13, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Information Services Corporation (TSX:ISC) (“ISC” or the “Company”) today announced the voting results from its annual meeting of shareholders (the “Meeting”) held on May 13, 2025 in Regina, Saskatchewan.\n \n\n A total of 14,627,504 Class A Limited Voting Shares were represented at the Meeting, being 79 per cent of the Company's issued and outstanding Class A Limited Voting Shares.
