[{"type":"text","content":"ISC Announces Filing of 2025 Management Information Circular\n\n\n\n REGINA, Saskatchewan, April 04, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Information Services Corporation (TSX:ISC) (“ISC” or the “Company”) announced today that it has filed its notice of meeting and management information circular for ISC’s May 13, 2025 annual meeting (the “Meeting”) of shareholders. ISC has adopted notice and access to deliver 2025 annual meeting related materials online. Shareholders will receive instructions to access the documents and can request paper copies if preferred. A copy of the materials along with ISC’s Annual Report for 2024 is available on SEDAR+ at\n \n www.sedarplus.com\n \n and our website at\n \n www.isc.ca\n \n .\n \n\n The management information circular contains information for shareholders regarding the Meeting, including exercising voting rights on the election of ISC’s Board of Directors and the appointment of ISC’s auditor for the ensuing year. ISC encourages shareholders to access the information and vote by no later than 11:00 a.m. MDT on Friday, May 9, 2025.\n \n\n The Meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. EDT (11:00 a.m. MDT) at Innovation Place, 6 Research Drive, Regina, Saskatchewan.
