As part of a continuing effort to\ncontrol and manage costs and based on IROC's stage of development and current\nmarket conditions, management has determined that the TSX Venture Exchange is\na more appropriate market for the Corporation's shares at this time. IROC's\nshares will continued to trade under the symbol "ISC".
