[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\nREGINA, Aug. 12, 2013 /CNW/ - The Board of Directors of Information\n Services Corporation (\"ISC\" or the \"Company\") (TSX:ISV) today announced\n that it has established a policy of paying an annual dividend of $0.80\n per Class A Limited Voting Share (\"Class A Share\") to be payable on a\n quarterly basis. The payment of dividends is not guaranteed, and the\n amount and timing of any dividend payable by the Company will be at the\n discretion of the Board and established on the basis of the Company's\n cash available for distribution, its financial requirements and other\n factors existing at the time.\n\n\nIn that regard, the Board of Directors of ISC declared an $0.18 per\n Class A Share quarterly cash dividend at their August 12, 2013 meeting.\n The dividend, which represents a partial dividend for the period July\n 9, 2013 (the closing date of the Company's Initial Public Offering) to\n September 30, 2013, will be paid on or before October 15, 2013 to\n shareholders of record as of September 30, 2013.\n\n\nISC is a provider of registry and information services to the Province\n of Saskatchewan.
