[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n Informa PLC\n Press Release\n \n \n 29 March 2023\n \n \n \n \n \n Share option exercise and sale to cover\n \n \n \n Directors Dealings\n \n \n \n \n Informa (LSE: INF.L), the international Academic Markets, B2B Markets and Digital Services Group today confirmed recent share option exercise and sale to cover transactions by Executive Directors.\n \n \n \n Following the publication of Informa's 2022 Annual Results, two of our Executive Directors (Group Finance Director, Gareth Wright and Chief Operating Officer, Patrick Martell) have exercised Long-Term Incentive Plan awards and, in the case of Gareth Wright, Deferred Share Bonus Plan awards. \n \n \n Both Executive Directors sold shares to specifically cover the cost and income tax liabilities that become payable on the exercise of these share plans.
