Results of Extraordinary General Meeting

India Capital Growth Fund Limited (the "Company"), the London listed investment company focused on long-term investment opportunities in India's mid-and small-cap sectors, announces the results of the Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today. Shareholders approved the implementation of a five-year conditional performance related tender for up to 25% of the Company's issued share capital and the introduction of an annual dividend, to be paid semi-annually. Full details of these proposals were set out in the circular to Shareholders published by the Company on 20 February 2026 (the "Circular").
