("In-Touch"\nTSX-Venture: INX) announced today that the release of 2008 audited financial\nreport has been delayed further and is now expected to be released within the\nnext ten business days. The additional delay is again dependent on the\nunexpected complexities regarding the completion of the audit.\n\n\nIn-Touch reports that as of this date there are no new material issues or\nchanges relating to the delay in releasing the annual financial report or any\nother corporate matters.
