("In-Touch"\n TSX-Venture: INX) announces revenue of $1,428,242 in Q1 2011 compared\n to $1,321,745 in Q1 2011. Net Income for Q1 2011 was $28,685 compared\n to $158,332 in Q1 2010. The Company-defined adjusted EBITDA was\n $161,000 in Q1 2011, compared to an EBITDA of $246,000 in Q1 2010.\n\n\n"Our Q1 2011 financial results and revenue performance met expectations.\n We increased our investment in product development and sales and\n marketing in Q1 2011 by $115,000 relative to Q1 2010 to support the\n expected revenue growth during last three quarters of the year. G&A\n expenditures did not increase. Net income was reduced by a $55,920 loss\n on foreign exchange and an increase of $45,369 on the present value of\n our derivative given the significant increase in our share pricing over\n recent months.
