The following figure gives normalized changes in cell density for a subset of patients. The first row shows a favorable shift in the TME to immune stimulatory T cell ratios in the majority of patients, as exhibited by higher CD8+/Treg, CD8+/IDO+, and CD8+/CD4+ ratios. The second row shows a trend in favor of decreased immunosuppression through a decrease in the number of IDO+, PDL1+, Treg, and CD4+ cells in the majority of patients. The third row shows the shift to increased immune stimulatory cells as shown by an increase in CD8+, CD8+ effector, and myeloid dendritic cells in a majority of patients.","length":890,"tagName":"p"},{"type":"image","alt":"","displaySize":"","headline":null,"caption":"","className":"","disableSlideshowImg":false,"size":{"original":{"width":1222,"height":1154,"url":"https://media.zenfs.com/en/scr.zacks.com/45b007b8fc069b5dbf623ba5a0cc96ea"},"resized":{"url":"https://s.yimg.com/ny/api/res/1.2/ZDkghga.7s2ydzwTYYvSVA--/YXBwaWQ9aGlnaGxhbmRlcjt3PTk2MDtoPTkwNztjZj13ZWJw/https://media.zenfs.com/en/scr.zacks.com/45b007b8fc069b5dbf623ba5a0cc96ea","width":960,"height":907},"lightbox":{"url":"https://s.yimg.com/ny/api/res/1.2/Qge.g_7bTydOcBbyIp7jFg--/YXBwaWQ9aGlnaGxhbmRlcjt3PTI0MDA7aD0yMjY2O2NmPXdlYnA-/https://media.zenfs.com/en/scr.zacks.com/45b007b8fc069b...
