[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 1565M Impax Group PLC 23 January 2009 \n \n23 January 2009\n\n\nImpax Group plc ('Impax' or the 'Company')\n\n\nRevised Dividend Timetable\n\n\nFurther to the circular to shareholders dated 23 December 2008, the Company announces a revised timetable in relation to the final dividend for the financial year 30 September 2008 of 0.35 pence per ordinary share to be proposed at the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') to be held at offices of Mazars LLP, Tower Bridge House, St Katharine's Way, London E1W 1DD at 10.30 a.m. on 2 February 2009. \n\n\nSubject to its approval at the AGM, the dividend will be payable to shareholders on the register on 13 Febuary 2009 and will have an ex-dividend date of 11 Febuary 2009.
