In view of the significance of this post balance\nsheet event, the directors feel that it should be reflected in the annual\naccounts, which are otherwise ready for publication, to give a complete view\nof the Company's financial position.\n\n\n\nThey have, therefore, decided to delay the finalisation of the accounts for\nthe period ended 31st December, 2000 which as a consequence will not be sent\nto shareholders by 30th June, 2001 as required under the AIM Rules. Trading\nin its Ordinary Shares on AIM will accordingly be suspended with effect from\n7.00 a.m. on 2nd July, 2001 pending the publication of its accounts.\n\n\n \n \n ","length":1018,"tagName":"div"}]
