Statement re Share Price Movement

Chandra PLC 18 January 2000 The Company has noted the recent rise in the ordinary share price. The Company is at an advanced stage of discussions which may or may not lead to a significant acquisition which may be accompanied by an issue of new ordinary shares at an appropriate discount to the current share price.
