Grant of Share Options
ImmuPharma PLC (LSE:IMM), the specialist drug discovery and development company, announces the grant of unapproved share options over ordinary shares of 1 penny each to directors as follows.
Lisa Baderoon 3,000,000 share options (exercise price: 2.24p)
Laurence Reilly 2,000,000 share options (exercise price: 2.24p)
Share Option Period: All Share Options are valid for 10 years from the date of issue and will vest three years from the date of issue.
