[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 2020W Immupharma PLC 23 July 2009 \n \n\n\n\n\nFor Immediate Release\n\n\n23 July 2009\n\n\n\n\nImmuPharma PLC\nDirectors' Dealings\nInstitutions increase stake\n \nImmuPharma PLC ('ImmuPharma' or the 'Company') (LSE:IMM) announces that a number of existing and new blue-chip institutional investors have purchased shares from Richard Warr and the Trusts of Richard Warr and Dimitri Dimitriou, who are two of ImmuPharma's founders and Directors. A total of 12.5 million ordinary shares (16.1% of the issued share capital) of 10 pence each in the Company, were placed by Noble & Company Limited at a price of 86 pence per share to institutional investors on 23 July 2009.
