[{"type":"text","content":"\n Immupharma PLC\n13 August 2007\n\n\nFor Immediate Release 13 August 2007\n\n\n ImmuPharma PLC\n\n Directors' Dealing\n\n\nImmuPharma PLC (LSE:IMM), ('ImmuPharma' or the 'Company'), received notification\nof a private placement of existing shares to institutions and private investors,\nincluding Quest Management, Morley, Odey Asset Management, Cheviot and Celeste.\nThe shares were placed to satisfy demand and increase liquidity, from the\nholdings of two of the founding Directors.\n\nThe placement was handled by Cornhill Asset Management Limited.
