[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 1485G Immupharma PLC 17 October 2008 \nImmuPharma PLC (the 'Company')\n\nAdditional Listing and Total Voting Rights \n \nFollowing the receipt of notices of exercise of options, application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 132,000 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM. \n\nIt is expected that admission of the new ordinary shares will become effective and dealings will commence on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on 21 October 2008. The new ordinary shares rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.\n\nFollowing the allotment of the new ordinary shares the Company's issued share capital will consist of 77,481,183 Ordinary Shares of 10p each which entitle the holder to one vote per share.
