The gross proceeds of the offering to the Company are expected to be approximately $45 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other estimated offering expenses. In addition, the Company granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 675,000 shares of its common stock at the public offering price.\nThe closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about July 19, 2021, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.\nPiper Sandler is acting as sole book-runner for the offering. Ladenburg Thalmann & Co.
