[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 8433V IMI PLC 18 December 2013 \n \n\n \n \n18 December 2013\n \n \nIMI plc (\"IMI\" or \"the Group\")\n \nChanges to Board Committees\n \nIMI, the international engineering group, today announces changes in membership of committees of the Board as follows:\n \n- Birgit Nørgaard and Carl-Peter Forster, both independent non-executive directors, will join the Audit Committee and Bob Stack will cease to be a member of the committee.
