(OTC:EXMT) has announced that it's wholly owned subsidiary, Frontier Indoor Garden Solutions, www.frontiergarden.com has entered into a joint venture partnership agreement with Urban Horticultural Supply Inc. www.urbanhortsupply.com, a California manufacturer and supplier of state of the art horticultural products for lighting equipment and related indoor growing components. UHS also has strong ties in the commercial indoor cannabis industry including large facility project design, build and equipment funding that includes physician and patient education. Under the agreement, UHS becomes a Managing Partner and the Project Manager for the Frontier owned consortium group, the Cannabis Facility Development Consortium (CFDC) whose membership includes various entities specializing in one or more areas of expertise in the development of indoor cannabis facilities and outdoor industrial hemp operations.\n\nCEO of Urban Horticultural Supply, Bill Stroud, who has been in the horticultural industry since 2003, stated, \"We are extremely excited about our partnership agreement with Frontier and working closely with them to provide a wide variety of commercial growing equipment for immediate and long term Native American Groups (NAGS) and also private facilities projects, across the US.
