(TSX: IDL)\nannounced that Mr. Robin Winsor will resign as the Company's Chief Technical\nOfficer and as an Officer of the Company effective January 31, 2009. Mr.\nWinsor will continue to assist the Company in an advisory role.\n\n\nMr. Tom Boon, IDC's President and CEO said, "Robin was the founder of\nthis company and instrumental in developing IDC's extensive portfolio of\nproducts and intellectual property in the field of digital radiography.\nRobin's innovations and commitment to the science of digital radiography has\nmade him a respected member of the medical community internationally. We are\nvery pleased to be able to continue in an ongoing relationship with Robin."\n\n\n"Imaging Dynamics has been an all encompassing passion for me and with\nnearly 1,800 installations in almost 40 countries, I leave my role as CTO with\na great amount of satisfaction and pride," said Robin Winsor. "With the\nsignificant positive feedback we continue to receive on the improvements made\nthrough our recent launch of the Magellan 3.4 and Sirius 1.4 software\nplatforms, it was the right time to reduce my involvement in the day to day\noperations of the Company.
