("IDC" or the\n "Company") (TSX: IDL) a global leader in the high growth digital\n radiography (DR) equipment market, today announced a non-brokered\n private placement of a maximum of 22,000,000 units ("Units") at a price\n of $0.04 per Unit for proceeds of up to $880,000 (the "Private\n Placement").
