CALGARY, April 9 /CNW/ - Imaging Dynamics Company Ltd. (TSX: IDL) ("IDC" or the "Company") announces the resignation of Mr. John Ramsay as the Chairman of the Board as of April 9th, 2007. Mr. Erwin Schwarz will replace Mr. Ramsay as interim Chairman of the Board until a replacement is announced. Mr. Schwarz has been a member of the Board for three years. Mr. Schwarz is Director of Diagnostic Imaging Services at Oregon Health & Science University, in Portland, Oregon.

His dedication, commitment and contribution to the Company's growth and the leadership that he provided to the Board are invaluable.
