(\"IDC\" or the \"Company\") (TSX:IDL), has been informed of the decision of the Listing Committee of the TSX\n to delist the common shares of the Company effective December 9, 2013\n on the basis that IDC is now failing to meet the continuing listing\n requirements of the TSX.
