(TSX: IDL)\nhas announced the launch of a new line of direct digital imaging (DR) CCD\nbased technology at the recent American Healthcare Radiology Administrators\n(AHRA) conference held in Orlando, Florida.\n\n\nThe new IDC X-Series imaging detectors: X3G, X3C, and X4C represent\ndigital alternatives to each level of healthcare that IDC currently serves,\nfrom the largest medical hospitals in the world through to small clinics,\noutpatient centers, and customers in developing countries or markets where\nfunding is often limited. The new X-Series also serves the Orthopaedic,\nChiropractic, Veterinary and mobile imaging markets as they move away from\ntraditional film-based X-ray.\n\n\n"This product series is significant to the Company and to the industry.\nIt combines 15 years of technical research at IDC with the absolute latest in\nCCD and imaging components.
