(\"IDC\" or the \"Company\") (TSX: IDL) a\n global leader in the high growth digital radiography (DR) equipment\n market, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Shameze\n Rampertab, B.Sc., MBA, CA, as Chairman of the Board of Directors of IDC\n effective September 13, 2011. Former Chairman, Mr. Jerry Cirino,\n continues to serve the Company as a Director.\n\n\n\"The Board and I thank Mr. Rampertab for taking on this new role and his\n commitment to the future of IDC as we look at several strategic options\n to kick start growth in the highly competitive diagnostic imaging\n market and generate shareholder value,\" stated Mr. Swapan Kakumanu, IDC\n President and Chief Executive Officer. \"As IDC continues to seek out\n new capital opportunities for the Company, Shameze's experience in the\n capital markets will be a valuable asset to IDC's continued global\n growth.\"\n\n\n\"I am delighted to accept this appointment to lead Imaging Dynamics\n through its next phase of development and to demonstrate its value to\n our shareholders\", said Mr. Rampertab. \"Thank you to the IDC Board of\n Directors for their confidence in allowing me to take on such a\n strategic role during this period for the Company.\" Mr. Rampertab\n joined the IDC Board as Director in May 2011.\n\n\nMr. Cirino, who has been a Board member and Chairman for over four\n years, will step down as Chairman effective September 13, 2011 and\n continue to provide expertise and support as a Director of the Board.\n Mr. Cirino commented, \"Our Company has successfully evolved through a\n major constructive period.
