("IDC" or the\n "Company") (TSX: IDL) a global leader in the high growth digital\n radiography (DR) equipment market, is pleased to announce that it has\n closed on the previously announced non-brokered private placement of\n 22,000,000 units ("Units") of IDC at a price of $0.04 per Unit for an\n aggregate gross proceeds of $880,000 to IDC.\n\n\nEach Unit consists of one common share (a "Common Share") in the capital\n of IDC and one-half of one Common Share purchase warrant with an\n exercise price of $0.05 per Common Share.
