Mr\nCirino replaces interim Chairman Mr. Erwin Schwarz, who will resume his role\nas a director on the Board.\n\n\nMr. Cirino brings a breadth of experience in the healthcare and medical\nimaging industry in both the public and private sector. Mr. Cirino served as\nExecutive Vice President of Marconi Medical Systems, a global supplier of\nmedical products and equipment that was acquired by Philips Medical. He also\nserved as President and CEO of SourceOne Healthcare Technologies, the largest\nimaging supply company in North America and most recently served as President\nand CEO of Imalux Corporation, a medical device company. Mr Cirino is\ncurrently a Director on a number of Medical Boards.\n\n\nMr. Cirino obtained his bachelor's degree and MBA from Lake Erie College.\nHe has received numerous awards for his distinguished contributions to society\nand speaks regularly on the topics of manufacturing, innovation, and strategic\nplanning.\n\n\nMr. Cirino stated, "IDC has captured the imagination of the industry in a\nvery short period of time and I see tremendous opportunities in the future.
