(TSX: IDL),\ntoday announced that Karim Teja, Chief Operating Officer, will resign\neffective October 31, 2007 for personal reasons. He will maintain a consulting\nrole with the company to facilitate an orderly transition. Mr. Teja joined IDC\nin 1999, and had served as the company's CFO until June, 2006.\n\n\n"Leaving the company was a difficult decision, but made for personal\nreasons," said Karim Teja. "I joined the company eight years ago with the\nconviction that this Company and its technology had the potential to become a\nmarket leader. Today IDC has achieved this recognition and I am proud to have\nbeen a part of it. This includes 23 years with Nortel where\nhe was the recipient of the Nortel Networks CEO's Award for Innovation and was\nresponsible for worldwide wireless operations for the Sanmina-SCI Corporation.\n\n\nKevin Meyers recently joined IDC as Vice President of Operations, and\nbrings more than 17 years of experience in product manufacturing and supply\nchain strategy.
