The award, received\nJune 13th in Newport Beach, CA, recognizes the quality and depth of the\ncompany's research and development program as well as the vision and\nrisk-taking that enabled it to undertake such an endeavor.\n\n\nAccording to research done by Frost & Sullivan, "It has to be recognized\nthat IDC has made a significant breakthrough on the digital imaging front in\nthat it represents a viable alternative for front end digital capture by\nemploying a single, very high density charge coupled device (CCD) camera.
