Change of Name

The Company is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement made on 29 April 2025, the Company has now formally changed its name from IQ-AI Ltd to Imaging Biometrics Ltd at the Jersey Financial Services Commission and a Change of Name Certificate has been issued.

As a result, the change of name and the change of Tradable Instrument Display Mnemonic ("TIDM") from IQAI to IBAI has taken effect on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

Shareholders are unaffected by the changes and existing share certificates will remain valid and should be retained.

The Company's website is under construction and details will be announced in due course.
