AMENDEMENT TO NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Imaging Biometrics Limited has issued an amendment to its Notice of Annual General Meeting, correcting an error regarding a proposed share sub-division. The ordinary shares of £0.01 will be sub-divided into one ordinary share of £0.005, not £0.0005 as previously stated.
