(“Alix” or the “Company”) (AIX-TSX:V) (37N–FRANKFURT) announces that further to its news releases of November 8th, 2017 and November 15, 2017 the non-brokered private placement is being increased to up to 34,000,000 units (the “Units”) at a price of $0.12 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $4,080,000.
