(OTC PINK: IMTV) is pleased to announce that on August 15, 2017 it appointed  Juan C. Areco as its new Chief Executive Officer and Director.  Juan C. Areco will also continue as the Company's  Chief Operating Officer.  Joe Sirianni has stepped down as the Company's CEO and Director. \n\nJoe Sirianni commented, \"Mr. Areco's experience, drive, energy, and passion for establishing a brand will be a good fit at Imagination TV.
