[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 8505I Image Scan Holdings PLC 21 June 2011  \n \n\n \n                                                                                                              21 June 2011\n \nIMAGE SCAN HOLDINGS PLC\n(\"Image Scan\" or \"the Company\")\n \nResult of General Meeting (\"GM\")\n \nImage Scan, specialists in the field of real-time 3D and 2D x-ray imaging for the 'Homeland Security' and 'Industrial Inspection' markets, announces that, at today's GM, all resolutions were duly passed. \n \nOn 18 May 2011 Image Scan announced the proposed Placing of 15,000,000 New Ordinary Shares at 2 pence per Ordinary Share to Rise Step International Development Limited, a Hong Kong resident limited liability investment company.  At today's GM shareholders in Image Scan approved the issue of the New Ordinary Shares.  The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in the Company.  Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to occur on 28 June 2011.  \n \nTotal Voting Rights\n \nFollowing this placing Image Scan has 76,267,932 ordinary shares in issue and each share has the right to one vote.  Therefore for the purposes of the FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rules the total number of voting rights in the Company is 76,267,932.\n \nThe above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify the Company of their interests in, or change to their interests in, Image Scan Holdings plc, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.\n \nHoldings in Company\n \nAs a result of th...
