[{"type":"text","content":"\n Image Scan Holdings PLC\n14 November 2007\n\n 14 November 2007\n\n\n Image Scan Holdings plc\n ('Image Scan' or 'the Company')\n\n\n\n BOARD CHANGES\n\n\n\nThe Board of Image Scan, a leader in the field of real-time 3D and 2D x-ray\nimaging for the 'Homeland Security' and 'Industrial Inspection' markets, today\nannounces two changes to the Company's Board.\n\n\n\nThe Company has appointed Jerry Horwood to the board as a Non-Executive\nDirector. Following a successful marketing career within the automotive\nindustry, Mr Horwood built up his own internet publishing company, 2nd Byte Ltd,\nwhich was sold to the Guardian Media Group in 2006. Mr Horwood will be applying\nhis experience of marketing innovative businesses to developing further the\nsales and marketing strategy and identifying appropriate market needs to which\nthe Company's technology can be applied.\n\n\n\nMr Horwood holds 750,000 shares in the Company which he was allotted at a price\nof 8p per share on 9th November 2007 and he has been awarded options over a\nfurther 750,000 shares with an exercise price of 10p and a 3 year vesting\nperiod.\n\n\n\nSimon Godber, the Technical Director, has resigned from the Board with immediate\neffect, but will work as an employee until 30th November, and will continue to\nadvise Image Scan as a consultant going forward. Future development of the\nCompany's technology will be the responsibility of Image Scan's Chief\nTechnologist.\n\n\n\nNick Fox, Image Scan's CEO, commented,\n\n'We are delighted to welcome Jerry Horwood to the Board; his experience in sales\nand marketing will be very helpful in identifying new commercial opportunities\nfor our technology. Mr Horwood is currently a director of 10ACT\nLtd. and has been a director in the last 5 years of Faxpress Limited, 2nd Byte\nLimited, Enovate Limited and Autonet Media Limited.\n\n\n\nMr Horwood was Marketing Director (and the largest creditor) of Tome Associates\nLtd., an online search systems developer, which was placed into voluntary\nliquidation in 1991.
