(\"AcuityAds\" or the \"Corporation\") (TSX:AT, OTCQX:ACUIF) announced today that it will now hold its upcoming annual and special meeting of shareholders (the \"Meeting\") on June 16, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. (Eastern Daylight Time) in a virtual only format whereby shareholders may attend and participate in the Meeting via live audio webcast.\nThe meeting was previously scheduled to be held at the offices of AcuityAds. Out of an abundance of caution, to proactively deal with the unprecedented public health impact of COVID-19, and to mitigate risks to the health and safety of our communities, shareholders, employees and other stakeholders, AcuityAds will now hold its Meeting in a virtual only format, which will be conducted via live audio webcast.
