Notice of Capital Markets Day and Retail Investor Presentation

Ilika (AIM: IKA), a pioneer in solid-state battery technology, announces that the Company will be hosting a Capital Markets Day on the morning of Tuesday 23 April 2024 from 09.00 to 13.00 BST.

The event will be an opportunity to learn more about Ilika and its product portfolio, recent progress, financials and outlook. The team will also provide commentary on market trends and the broader opportunity, with participation from the management team as well as clients, collaborators and external speakers discussing the solid-state battery space.

Analysts and institutional investors are welcome to attend the event in the City of London and should contact ilika@walbrookpr.com in order to register their interest.

Retail Investor Presentation

Management will be providing a recording of the presentation and hosting a remote investor Q&A session for retail investors at 16.30 BST on Tuesday 30 April. The recording will be made available on the Ilika website following the event and investors are invited to watch the presentation in their own time, ahead of the retail investor Q&A session being hosted on the Investor Meet Company ("IMC") platform. Further details will be announced after the Capital Markets Day has taken place.
