Exercise of Options, Issue of New Ordinary Shares and Total Voting Rights

 

 

Ilika (AIM: IKA), a pioneer in solid-state battery technology, announces that, following the vesting and exercise of options under the Company's share option schemes, it has issued 30,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares"). Accordingly, the Company has applied to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will occur on or around 8.00 a.m. on 6 October 2025.

 

Total Voting Rights

 

Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 180,832,175 Ordinary Shares and that number may be used by Shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.  The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
