The one-month media campaign is dedicated to recognizing public school teachers who are shaping the future of America’s youth and will highlight the important role that teachers play in educating, mentoring and inspiring students, despite facing limited resources and funding challenges.\n\nThis press release features multimedia. Nominations can be submitted by visiting donorschoose.org/iHeartRadio and completing a brief entry form. All entries will be reviewed by DonorsChoose to verify that teachers nominated work at a U.S. public school.\n\n\nSelect teachers will be featured on their local iHeartRadio stations throughout the month of August. In September, five teachers will be randomly selected to win $5,000 DonorsChoose gift cards to help fund supplies for their classrooms.\n\n\nAs part of the partnership, iHeartMedia will donate $500,000 worth of public service announcements to directly support and promote the mission of DonorsChoose.
