The AGM will be held on Monday 21 September commencing at 10.00 a.m. Shareholders are asked to cast their votes by proxy and provide voting instructions in advance of the AGM.\n \n \n \n \n \n The Group is committed to constructive engagement with all of its shareholders and they are invited to submit questions in advance of the AGM by emailing them to \n \n [email protected]\n \n . Responses to questions of common interest will be made available on our website at \n \n www.thedesigngroup.com\n \n as soon as practical following the meeting.\n \n \n \n \n \n Notification of planned Board change\n \n \n \n \n \n Whilst seeking re-election at the upcoming AGM, having held the position of Chairman for nine years, John Charlton has indicated that he will be stepping down from the role and retiring at the 2021 Annual General Meeting, in line with corporate governance best practice.
