This Block Admission will be used to satisfy the issue of shares pursuant to exercises of options under the Company's 2016-2019 Long Term Incentive Plan.\nAn application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur on 17 June 2019.
