Morgan to assist in the review process.\n \n \n “IDWM continues to build on its extensive library of widely followed and \n critically acclaimed graphic novels and comics, as well as its slate of \n current and planned television series, including some of the strongest \n and most innovative franchises in the industry,” said Howard Jonas, \n IDWM’s Chairman and CEO.\n \n \n “As competition for audience continues to intensify on both traditional \n and streaming, over-the-top platforms, IDWM is well positioned to \n produce and feed stellar programming in domestic and international \n markets,” Mr. Jonas added. “Consequently, we are working to extend our \n reach through new strategic partnerships while examining other \n alternatives to realize the full value of IDWM’s outstanding IP \n portfolio and pipelines.\n \n \n “There can be no assurance that our review process will result in any \n transaction.
