Current Board Chairman \n and controlling stockholder, Howard Jonas, will assume the position of \n CEO.\n \n \n Jonas is best known as an entrepreneurial business leader, having \n founded IDT Corporation in 1990. Having nurtured IDWM since inception, \n Jonas incubated assets that form key parts of the worldwide television \n and streaming media service, STARZ, which Lionsgate acquired in 2016.
