[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 8643G\n IDOX PLC\n 01 April 2022\n \n \n \n \n 1 April 2022\n \n \n \n Idox plc \n \n \n (\"Idox\" or \"the Company\")\n \n \n Grant of Options\n \n \n Idox plc (AIM: IDOX), a leading supplier of specialist information management software and solutions to the public and asset intensive sectors, announces that, on 1 April 2022, pursuant to the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP'), the Company granted nil-cost options over a total of 735,294 ordinary shares of 1 pence each (\"Ordinary Shares\") to Anoop Kang, Chief Financial Officer (the \"Options\"). This grant is in accordance with the Company's remuneration structure and follows his appointment as CFO.\n \n \n The LTIP was established to encourage long-term value creation for the Company's shareholders and to align the interests of the key individuals in the Company with those of the shareholders. The Options will ordinarily vest in thirds over the next three years, commencing 1 April 2023, subject to a minimum share price of 101 pence and the grantee's continued service in his respective role and shall be exercisable from the date of vesting, with the latest exercise date being 1 April 2032.
